Rehadata, supported by Bundesministerium fΓΌr Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS), aimed to address this gap by developing a comprehensive digital platform that facilitates the creation, modification, and management of these agreements. The focus was on building a system that would not only serve employers but also be fully accessible for individuals with impairments, ensuring usability with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.

Rehadat utilized a progressive web app approach, ensuring accessibility and functionality across all devices.

The project was developed with a focus on inclusivity from the ground up. We worked closely with accessibility experts to ensure compliance with WCAG standards, implementing features such as keyboard-only navigation, screen reader compatibility, and high-contrast options. By adopting a progressive web app (PWA) approach, the platform provides seamless access across devices, ensuring employers and users with disabilities have a consistent and intuitive experience.
